Went out with my mates from work last night for a few beers.

Got home at about half ten, sat down on the sofa watching the Last Resort next thing I knew it was 0130 and I was sitting on the sofa. Never done that before :D

It's been a long long week :(

I am so tired. Brother, wife and two munchkins arrived late last night from Australia via Manilla and thanks to jetlag and time zone confusion the six and eight year olds were awake again after three hours. So, so tired. Nice to see them though.

I forgot to add I was still wearing the wireless headphones we use to listen to the Tv later on at night.

Sir Trev, I'm in the same club. Woke up at about 4 this morning, couldn't get back to sleep. Got up just before 5.

Only had about 6 hours, which its not enough after the weeks exploits

They've gone out for the afternoon to visit an old friend who lives nearby so we've got a couple of hours rest. I am not ashamed to say I have had a kip and feel a bit better now.
