Glad he is on the mend and I think it is quite possible that just one complain can make then change design. When it is a safety factor and you base your reputation on keeping people safe, any valid complaint is going to be taken seriously.

Thanks everyone.... i`m pleased that the complaint was taken seriously but in honesty when 3 orthopaedic consultants and a consultant physiotherapist all slated the design of the glove and stated the glove was the cause of the breakages to the wrists then I suppose it had to be taken seriously.
