Sv? Well I owned one and even considering all of the other bikes I have owned...I look back on my SV with far more fondness than I do for most of the others. I always stop to chat to guys who have them here...I still have the "SV" in me you see. I think most are pleased that a guy who now plays ona Ducati is more than happy to chat about the SV. Does that make sense? :? 8)

You don't need to use Visordown, all you need to do is book a trackday, then listen to all the whinging and excuses of the owners of Gixxers, Ducatis and Blades. as you show them up on the twisty bits
The SV is a good bike, and does what it says on the tin, If youre idea of fun, is riding flat out down a motorway or a runway like Bruntingthorpe, the SV is no good. We are a grown up bunch, we realise that we do not need 100 hp to impress their boyfriends in the pub. Use what you have got properly :P and do not try to make excuses for being a crap rider |

Well I love mine.
Admittidley the first large bike I have had, but it only cost me £2500 on a W plate with 1700 mile on the clock in mint condition. I can't think of many other bikes where you get such good VFM. A scorpion can and new springs and oil in the front makes it all the more fun. Once again I love it, maybe I will grow out of it when I am a bit more experienced, but I hope I can get another V-Twin (TLR or a Firestorm maybe). The guy who posted on Visordown just seems like a bit of a **** tbh. |
