Hi Craig I am a cronic bad back sufferer from way back from the 70s so I can sympathize, but its nothing like you are having to go through. Hope all goes well with the procedure and you make a full recovery, and get on the bike again quickly (as soon as the weather warms up)

BT. I know they've been the subject of many gripes already but they sent us a letter saying our Family Sim Plan has expired and to either call or go online to upgrade. Their website may as well be in Greek... It is so hard to navigate and it turns out the cheaper deal in the letter is not on their website. They're also pushing me towards EE now they're the same company but there is no mention of similar family plans, so I'm going to have to call them. Great.

Plusnet (BT again) mobile did the same to me earlier this year. They also wanted to push me to EE. I moved to Lyca.

I'm with Plusnet, but all I have with them is my broadband, no phones of any sort.

Good job it's winter as it'll mean no biking for at least 2 months.

Good grief! When is the op, Craig? I hope everything goes well.

Thanks S - going to the spine unit at glamorous Salford Royal today, hopefully starting the procedures later or tomorrow.

Teeth, I hate them

Had two fillings a couple of months ago, and ever since I've not been right. Its not pain as such, but just like I've got someone else's teeth in.

Given that I had a bi max operation (both jaws moved) in about 2000, I've not enjoyed any dental work. I've moved dentists, as my last visit was so terrifying I was hyperventilating on the chair when she was doing the fillings. My previous dentist doesn't have to best reputation in the area.
