So now we know where to meet the other .orgs, where and when shall we all meet?

Wherever we meet I will need to leave my bike. Nick is there anywhere near your house that we can securely park the bikes? I don't mind chaining it to something in the street as long as ASM leaves his bike next to mine (cause that will get nicked first).

Alternatively I have a fairly empty garage that could easily fit 3-4 bikes?

Not sure I want to leave my bike at the Shire all day after it got hit at the last meet. I live 5 mins away though...

I was thinking i'd pick you all up if you are all buying bits and pieces.. I don't mind, £5 each for petrol should cover it!

I've told Phil we will get him about 10ish so if I Pick up Jon at 9, ASM at 9.15 then should be in Oxford for 10..

Or you can ride to mine and leave em there, got space to lock 3 bikes away out of sight :-)
