Can't see them in the pic, but if it's the same setup to my Vectra, there are small allen bolts holding the radio in place to begin with which need to be removed, and then you put the release pins in to get the radio out.

thanks for all the replies. I got some release keys for £2 from the local chavtastic car stereo place. & a nice kenwood cd/mp3 stereo for a bit more than £2

Big screwdiver for the door lock then a couple of little screwdrivers for the stereo, don't worry if it's got an alarm, nobody listens to them anyway!!

I have a nice selection of radio removal tools. but have been know to resort to a bloody big screwdriver assumming I am taking the radio out because it is crap.

I also have the software to tell me the key code for ford radios if anyone needs a decode
