Average for me is around 100mile for tenners worth. Actually had it coughing and spluttering and cutting out due to lack of fuel, luckily petrol station is 100 yards away

Mark,
I typically get just over the ton (as long as I don't play with the right hand wrist too much :-D)

As for tyres I'm on Qualifiers and find them great for grip and so far for milage too
