Well done Andy for choosing the last corner of the last lap of the session for falling off.

EDIT: That wasn't a dig at anyone that fell off on the first lap of the session either.

Yup, I can do a copy of the DVD I got and send it on to you. When you next at the Shire :?:

Or even, when are you going to bring my leathers back  Either or, I can give you the copy then.

Probably best to drop your leathers off this week as I am away for 2 weeks starting Saturday. Need to book a holiday this afternoon so Weds/Thurs would probably be best for me - what's your availability like?

I went into the corner a bit fast and changed down a bit late, the bike was still decelerating as I got my knee down and then the back end just slid away as I got to the edge of the tyre. It does look quite amusing especially with my left leg sticking up in the air! Although that was because I didn't let go of the handlebars, not sure why I did that, but I think it did stop the handlebars turning and kept the front of the bike off the floor.

Quite lucky really, only got a snapped rear brake lever (going to weld that back together), a scraped can (only a cheapy), scratched bellypan (blow in with a spraycan), and scraped bar end and indicator (I live with those). So it didn't stop me riding for the rest of the day and ultimately get home!

When it comes to replacing the tyres I think I'll get something with a little more grip, I had another moment on a different lap when accelerating out of corner with the back end stepping out which was cool but also sphincter twitching as well.

Yeah that's also on the video when I had it on the bike.

Sorry folks, the marshal who helped me did try and get the bike off asap so that you guys could go out again.

I think it was a ploy to recover some time at the expense of the novice group.

Crikey - I thought from the way people were bimbling round the corner that it was the sighting lap or something!

The track exit is about 20 feet further up the track.
