Depends what you have bought - Ive had good and bad experiences with them. Some stuff I ordered was despatched quickly, then other stuff has ended up with me cancelling the order as they dont tell you if they have the bits in stock. They sometimes have to order from a supplier in bulk, which means you could be waiting a while.

In 1998 I ordered some Phase One race cans for my Firestorm from M+P Accessories (part of the same group). After three weeks I phoned them and they blamed the supplier, so I called the supplier and they told me M+P hadn't placed an orde with them for 6 months. I cancelled my order with M+P, which they'd already debited my credit card for, and bought some Scorpions locally instead.
I should have known better than to buy some end of line clearance Daytona boots from them, because they weren't what they'd advertised when they arrived. |
