im not riding atm as still injured and a mate has been giving me a lift to work, i must say this morning had i of been fit i think i would have had to think twice about riding...could hardly walk on the ice without falling over so a bike would be a nightmare id imagine

No. The pain emanating from my knee this morning tells me the knee is very much not OK. :(

Well the cars traction control was working overtime trying to get up the hill this morning. I would not have stood a chance getting the bike up there. So the right decision was made. Having said that, the boss never made it into work this morning, so maybe I could have just had a lazy start and took the bike anyway. It took me twice as long as it normal does to get into work.

See it's not about wimping it. :smt019

It just isn't possible to get my bike up the hill. If I could get it up the hill and onto the main road, nothing would stop me riding to work. :)

You need not explain yourself Mr Ape, I've been to your house and you wouldn't get me riding up that hill. See, this is where you need a moto-x bike just to get up that hill in the winter. Run it by Jo and see what she says! :p

Don't see how that can be classed as a benefit when you end up working till seriously late in the evenings.

Each to their own I guess.
