The sealant goes on the joining face not outside.

Anyway, when/if you replace them, a bottle of loctite or some lockwire would be a nice investment. Not that the lowers actually do any good in any way.

Yeah I just didn't want to take it off, half the thread is gone and I don't have a helicoil... so I'd end up just taking it to the dealer... but anyway it's fairly solid..

Going to get a blue bellypan instead, £130 but whatever... what should I do with the old mounting brackets and the RHS fairing? should I sell it?

Moral of the story curvys = poo lowers = poo (unless its a dark grey k8-k9 sv some reason i like them)

well yah I need a little money to put towards my belly which is like £130 xD
