well someone goes to a lot of effort to take them, sort then, upload them and then link them through to a thread on here for others to see, 250 odd veiws and three people bother to comment, i'd take that as a fairly obvious sign only those three were interested :smt102.

I think that's a bit harsh Mark. People don't always comment straight away and they may be skipping around between various threads / websites.

Likewise. Sam - you got some great shots and I enjoyed looking at the pics, thank you. My lack of comment wasn't meant to be a snub! I'm sorry if it seemed that way. :(

How can it be anything but fact? harsh or otherwise.

whilst I don't wish to give reasons why Sam deleted her posts, I was pointing out an obvious possible cause, I've also done the same in the past, spent hours sorting loads of photos, uploading and linking threads just to make them visible to others, as I could already see them myself it certainly wasn't for my benifit, not to mention the amount of discs I've cut for people, and it's my hobby not my job :smt102

I've also removed pictures because of someone elses comments, if people don't appriciate (or appear not to) then it's understandable and perhaps a future post that'll never see the light of day.

Sam takes some wonderful pictures, fortunately I get to see them all directly.

no-one is disputing that Sam takes great photos - i for one can't see them when i am at work and don't always log on when i get home being as i am stuck behind a computer for 8 hours a day. some of those people that had viewed the thread may be like me and unable to view the pics until they get home or otherwise.

i didn't comment cos i haven't seen the photos
