about 4". the suspension has dropped it 1-1.5" (without lowered dogbones) the rest has been a seat scoop. i could go lower with dogbones and sliding forks threw yokes but it would start grinding over speed humps. i also had to take 1,1/4" off the sidestand.

the handling is sublime. the odd occasional shimmy round bumpy long bends when i'm cranked right over (due to me proffering a softer suspension setup) but apart from that its spot on and a world apart from the standard setup.

i was in disguise....

na... easier to wash a balaclava than the linings in my lid... i also couldn't be @rsed taking it off.
