so out does that mean on a 49cc moped this rule doesnt apply?
no im not thinking of doing it but think thats a little stupid, knowing how stupid 90% of moped riders are!

I recal the distance legistlation as I read a launch report of European 50cc scooter.

It's integrated rear light/indicators was legal in the country it came from, but needed additional indicators to be road legal in the UK.

Drew has just pointed out to me that I might be committing an offence by modding my light. I am getting the rear light with the integrated indicators and the concern is that this would reduce the visibility of the rear brake light??

Thoughts and comments please?

I had some when i owned an sv,fair enough maybe not the brightest,BUT,always past the mot & the plod never pulled me for them,hth.
