Thats a bummer! Is thst just a Cadwell thing? They don't even let you run restricted?

I know...I was tempted by this then realised it's a MotorSportVision track. None of the MSV tracks let you on with restricted licences full stop! :(

As tazdaz says, it's not about the bike (or the rider really) it's what it says on the license:rolleyes:

Yep...without checking, but I'm 99% sure they do. I did consider this route, but decided I may as well just wait another 6 months to be able to take part at the MSV tracks. Can still use Silverstone and Mallory.

Its all a bit of a minefield isn't it!

The open pitlane I went on in Scotland was for non ACU licences only. But how are they to know if you give them your driving licence? They also said no race bikes but over 75% of the bikes there were. You were not allowed catch pan fairings and all bikes had to have a side stand. Erm... why?

No race bikes on a track! whatever next? :)

I've still got the restricted bit on my license, even though it's expired. I'll check that when I ring to book it.
