Just got back from completing 2 day (free) BikeSafe, can't thank them chaps enough, great advise, great riding great roads great weather, just great really! And to top it all; my observer was an Ex fellow Orger! Well worth the effort and can't reccomend this highly enough. They even let you have a nosey around the copper chopper afterwards, if you can be bothered to hang around. (No plans of Sabotage)!
