same all over m8. the centre muppets are told to tell you anything as long as they are scoring out of it. no one cares any more and to get a result you have to take them to some sort of watchdog which takes years and they know this.

No, your insurance is there to make a claim on in the event of your phone being lost/stolen, not to automatically replace it. Cheaper mobile phone insurance polices also tend not to cover for loss, just theft and accidental damage.

What you seem to be implying is that he should "lose" the phone in order to have it replaced, as O2 haven't played ball with the repair/replace outcome that he wants so far. I'd strongly advise against this, as my job involves investigating exactly this kind of insurance fraud (among other things), and we catch people trying to do it all the time.

Thanks neeja, some good advice.
its defiantly broken to the point no one from 02 knew what was wrong but the fact i had the same problem last year and they replaced it within 24 hours without quibble, knowing things have changed i still dont like that fact i was told that laws i know are real dont apply to O2 as its not within "28days" and they denied it was a year old after saying just a moment before i had received it at the end of august last year
CANT WAIT TO GET RID OF 02!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brock.
