How does the hugger fit on the other side to the chain guard? Is there a bracket? If so what does it look like?

Yep the hugger comes with a little angled bracket that fits to the side of the hugger on the inside so you can't see it and then fastens under the bracket that holds the rear brake cable in place.

Dead easy to fit.

Zoom in a bit. Trouble is the lovely Mivv can is in the way. You can just make out the screw just above where the can meets the link pipe. The bracket is not really visible because its on the inside of the hugger.
