Invalidate? Not sure. But I think you'd be done for driving not in accordance with your licence. Which to me is more or less the same thing. Not sure what the penalty for that is but if the OP has only just passed his licence for car or bike, then if it's six points, he won't have a licence as it will be revoked.

Can be a ban if its serious enough (speeding etc..)

My license is now full with respect to points, passed the restricted 6-point mark.
What would the penalty be if caught? Aside from invalidated insurance ofc.

your on a restricted (points) licence for the motorcycle until October 2012
