Tell me about it, being held for 1/2 hour after first race having my bike checked, having owned it from new and had a V5 they didn't even want to know!

Yes you can do a HPI check via Experian from just a chassis number. Most dealers or car traders can do this.

Having had numerous track and now race bikes, i think i must be a bit old fashioned (yes i am oldish)
but i only ever buy or sell a bike with a V5.
Even when looking though online adverts i always look at bikes that only have V5's.
Even if they are more expensive.
