How long has the tyre been on the bike? Do you know if the valve was replaced at the last tyre change?

Well after having it in my own tyre I'd trust it again, so 2500 miles isn't exactly temporary.
I wouldn't use the sealing spray foam though.

Well the worst it'll do is blow out. Which is kinda likely when doing burnouts anyway.

Depending where and if it is a puncture --a professional mushroom repair.
Riding about on a wheel you know has a defect is not good,be it valve or puncture.
Should it decide to blow you will have little or no warning,so evaluate what your life is worth
