So thats who got Fizzyfishs bike.

Reliable then?

Looks like it has been well looked after. Need to get the speedo and tacho bulbs replaced. Looks like it will be a pain in the back side to do though!!

A bit fiddly and time consuming, you'll need to take it apart, not too difficult IIRC.

And welcome :)

Nice looking bike you've got there... Welcome to the fun.

Bulbs thing is footery but will be worth it and not difficult. I remember the joy when I switched the Sv back on and the full dash lit up... It was a happy day...

I will be organising a wee run (probably less than 200 miles) for the 25th Sept as its the only Sunday I'm able. Look for updates your more than welcome to come along and meet a few of the guys. It usually a nice jolly day out.

awww my lovely bike, it still lives! :) And is looking like it's been well looked after since I sold it in 2007 (OMG it was really that long ago?!)

Hope you have much fun and many happy miles of riding on it. I had it for 4 years and loved it to bits!

Out of interest did you buy it from Kevin? And what's the mileage up to now?

RizlaSV 13-09-11 08:24 PM

Yep, got it from Kev. Seemed to take a lot of care with it. He even still had a folder with all sorts of receipts and service notes etc! Has a slight knock when I go over certain pot-holes but I hear "it's an SV thing".

Take a wee guess at what the mileage is it. A wee clue is that it's pretty high!!
