We have come to a stage of needing to move, and whatever we do, we have to be doing it for the next twenty years, as our children are top of the agenda. No matter what we look at here, theres not much change to the quality of life. We are currently not too well off, and are slowly correcting things in the house to make it marketable, as by the end of autumn we need to be either in the process of selling the house, or gone! The house is my biggest asset, as I have a very small mortgage, and a very large lump of equity, providing it goes for the right price. |
