Yes there were. Not to many in the section Liz and I were in, and mainly ones and two's

There were a lot in the lower tier, closest to the track which I am guessing were given out to corporate / VIP's who then didnt turn up.

I dont understand the mentality of some people. Our tickets werent cheap, some people in our section didnt arrive until 1/2 way through, and then people kept getting up to get beer or buy food and missed an awful lot of track action.

It was the same 4 or 5 people all the time as well.

Typical, although I seem to remember one of my emails from Olympic ticketing was offering tickets at over £1k, which is where these seats probably were? Outside my price range I'm afraid.

I had exactly the same thing at Bruce Springsteen in Hyde Park & Sunderland, Hyde Park was a replica of your experience, same people back and forth for tray full of beer.

I'm sorry but I'm here to see a performance, not line the promoters pockets. I'll have a beer afterrwards :twisted:
