I would, but have been violently sick all day. Wouldn't want to be sick in my helmet thats for sure!

-10 ROCA adjustment for Nathan not responding to my ESP telepathy request to join me on my 5 minute ride to the petrol station to get fags just now. Poor poor show. The sooner he's gone, the better.
