BTW, isn't #500 too stiff for 12st rider? What weight specifically did you have it set up for (rider+gear)? |

#500 is about right for 12-14 stone including gear. Remember these shocks actually have decent rebound damping matched to the spring so they're not like the stock shocks that would kick your *rse about at that.
