This is unquestionably true, mine has adjustment for unequal length forks and is nicely made, but I have seen some less sturdy ones, also I've seen plenty that aren't put together and/or used properly.

I had a look last night and my twiddly triangley prongy things aren't identical, so I've swapped them round in case they were out in the wrong way round at the factory. Maybe I've just been using a dodgy setup all this time.

Front paddock stands don't even work on my z1000 as the fork legs are too wide where the pinch bolt goes through
