nope something is not right. in parts of your vid it looks as though your pulling it out far enough to attach the circlip and space for a washer.

Yeah the vid is terrible quality i'm afraid, You can hear the metal to metal 'clunk' as it's pulled out to the furthest extent, which is the same as in the close up. trust me i've tugged and twisted and it will budge no more :(

I would have a sneaking suspicion that they didn't forget the washer, it's just on the wrong side of that oil seal.

Woah! so the shaft doesn't even have place for the circlip? Missed off my arose, they've ****ed up and hoped you wouldn't notice.

Time for the to pay for your bike to bike to be put right IMO.

Yep, my thoughts exactly, there's all sorts of packers/spacers on the back according to the diagram.

Well after a fairly one sided conversation over the phone, bike is getting picked up today by courier, the work carried out tomorrow and (hopefully) dropped off again sunday night/monday morning. So, we will see :)
