I felt sorry for the Queen's six outriders yesterday. Full leathers when they arrived at Lord's and then they have to stand around in them outside in the sun for 90 minutes while she sips a Pimms inside an air conditioned room.

Works the same if just walking about. Grab a baseball cap, run under tap, put on head. Voila, instant cooling.
