Re: Front end conversion
What part are you after?

Re: Front end conversion
I don't think it exists, its a plastic housing that the clocks from a pointy 'S' can go into when they are liberated from the nosecone.
i dont know if the S clocks would just lot into the naked housing here : http://media.use.com/images/s_1/1390...6bd8f6eb90.gif |
Re: Front end conversion
Yes it would its the same clock, but I don't want to pay in excess off £150 for the separate parts.... Our clock ends at part 5 so you need the rest of the housing brackets and bolts.

Re: Front end conversion
Is that really the price? you could get a trailtech vapour + housing + indicator lights for £129 !!!

Re: Front end conversion
The lower casing is £47 and the silver side is £36 the brackets are like £12-£19 each and the bolts and clips are £2-£3 a go, so that's roughly £130... The only problem with the vapor is setting the tachometer I believe, and the hassle of setting up all the independent sensors as the use their own

Re: Front end conversion
I had a vapor on a basket case i attempted to build in my youth. The tacho is just a wire you wrap around the HT lead, and everything else uses the original wiring, as far as i know..

Re: Front end conversion
vapour probably looks better to, in my opinion.

Re: Front end conversion
if your going to put a small fly screen on then no need for casing. just make sure you electrical grease up the connector.
