Poor baby (the bike that is) hope you get her fixed soon.
Be careful out there peeps p.s. I know a good bike medic will could fix any cosmetic damage to your bike. (based New Forest way) If you want his details let me know. Repairs can be much cheaper than buying new panels! |
Glad to see you and the bike are OK :D
How fast were you going ? I've been meaning to get a can protector for a while . . . |

Steve
just saw this, glad you're ok. Not too much damage, good job Nick didnt ride over you or the bike! now you have the excuse to spray the bike all black and get ride of those copper stripes  |
Sorry about the spill, glad to hear you're OK and the bike's not THAT bad.
I guess we'll postpone that rideout until another time. |
Steve, glad your Ok.
I've found over the last few years, it doesn't matter how slow, or how much safety kit you've got on, as you get older, It hurts more. Just the bashing about is enough. So, how did you miss this manhole if it was sunken an inch and a half, surely the cars bounced, going over it? Still, hope you get the bike sorted soon. Cheers Mark. |

Ah well, the bill for the repair keeps going up... Need a new "mirror stay" as well, the bit that holds the cockpit together as it's snapped in two.... . |
