no worries... Ive done a similar thing in a different thread on EC movements of vehicles as far as tax implications go...
Ive worked for customs for 10 yrs and got seconded to the police for 2 of them so Ive got a good tax/legal background and I will always help anyone out... so fire the questions away and I'll answer them or put them in the faqs in a more readable form than the departments notices.... I'll be there friday... you? or are you subject to chain/sprockets still? Its 500% duty on a TOPBOX when full of beer :lol: |
Not wanting to sound stupid but....
If you order something in the States and then ask a friend/relative to bring it back for you as a gift.. does what lynw said about packages still apply? could the friend/relative get any grief? Ta |
