The current aim is for the reckless riders. the two they are aiming at this year is the sportsbike riders and scooter riders.

I've not seen this ad yet though so cannot comment on it.

They have to address the balance after the last ad "now you see him, now you don't" as that ad was aimed at car drivers. Now they're aiming directly at the bad riders. Unfortunately they are the majority of the ones that have the accidents.
