Is it running on both pots? Certainly seems to be fuel starvation, empty the float bowls and see that there's fuel in both, if there is check all the hoses for leaks, I have encountered a similar problem that turned out to be the vacuum tap hose leaking a bit, so the tap wasn't opening fully.

TBH the fact you had the choke replaced 2 weeks ago would put it on my suspect's list, always look at things that have been done recently 1st! When changing the choke cable the carb heater cables may have been knocked loose, they're not a million miles away.
