Not only did they rearrange his limbs and bones, but half of his alphabet too!!!!

Its hard to explain but they drilled a diagonal hole thru my thigh bone into my shin bone and then another on the other side so the holes cross over inside the knee. Then they threaded the doner persons Achiles tendon through the holes so they crossed over in the middle of the knee like the original ACL ligaments would. This is after removing all the old broken bits of tendon with a drill and shredder attachement. Then they put in metal pins in the end of each hole and threaded the tendon though these to secure them.

Then they put a big staple thing in the outside edge of the thigh bone and a pin below in the shin bone and used some more doner parts to connect these to replace the PCL ligament.

Then they repaired the Post lateral corner but I am not sure what that is or how they done that. The xray pics look really cool with 6 new metal bits on display. But I still think my pelvis repair is the best work of art.

a"work of art" is not how I would describe it , looks like a diabolical dogs dinner of an attempt at DIY :lol: but we'll take your word it works !
