I just stuck in some Silkolene - Comp 4 10W-40 bought it from http://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk for £24.82 and they don't charge for delivery in spite of the weight.

Doing low miles per week right now so by the time it gets 4000 miles it'll have sat in there longer, so not content with semi-synth.

Tried HG but they were waiting for the other SV bits - filter, etc. so thought I'd get that - bike has a K&N air filter which is as good as new and I'm only doing oil filter to the minimum spec (every 11000 miles or 3 years).

just paid 25 quid for 4 litres of plutoine oil and 9 quid for oil filter :twisted:

I used Motul. Worked for me in the past.
