I am partial to the odd dollop of Daves Insanity sauce, but never tried the Blairs stuff.

Looks "interesting" When you recover please post a review

You mad man   I'm partial to a bit of chilli sauce too but that sounds a bit too hot. I'm more an Encona hot pepper sauce or Tabasco person meself

The Sauce:

I used a wooden tea stirer to get a single drop of sauce which i then cut (by smearing some of it on a bit of paper and then put the remainder into a Jamaican beef hotpot stew (bowl of) and mixed thoroughly

The Result:

Just smelling this stuff made my throat burn even with the microscopic amount I put in.

The first mouthfull was instant conflaguration, every bite an explosion of fire in the mouth.
My head is pounding, I've gone a hithero undiscovered shade of red and I've sweated off at least a half a stone in the last hour.

Flavour wise sadly it didn't add anything (obviously!) though properly diluted into a gallon of sauce (as per the instructions) It will be fantastic but oh WOW what a KICK!
This thing is better than a 2 mile run my heart is going like the clappers :D

Maybe its just me but I enjoyed it immensly, apart from the burning lips, that wasn't pleasant but you ARE meant to dilute this stuff 1tsp to a gallon of sauce rather than 1 part to a bowl :)

An hour of recovery (1x Cocunut bar, 1x Yogurt, 2x Cans of coke, 2x Glasses of milk) and I'm back to normal in most respects but I have an incredable warm glow inside an feel fuzzy headed.

It was a bit of a fight to get it down but I'll experiment with the dilution.
This stuff is ideal for batch cooking and catering quantaties :)

My sinuses are clear as anything :)

I've also saved a small tub of yoghurt just in case exit gets a bit tricky :)

It was amazing :)!! I highly reccomend this to anyone that enjoys Insanely hot food though I would suggest diluting it properly :)
It's not really feasable for single portion servings :)

All the tastebuds are still there, you just wish they weren't.

I love the buzz from hot food. Can keep me smiling for hours after a decent chilli stir fry.
I'm not so keen on ultra hot pepper sauces, though, I like to build up a flavour with all sorts of ingredients and get the meat properly marinated.
