Any favourite BBQ recipes? I'll go first, with this fine Jamaican Jerk chicken recipe:

Are you sure it won't blow up?

PMSL!!

My recipe

One banana
One chocolate bar
Some tin foil
A sharp knife.

Method...
Carefully slice the banana lengthways (a responsible adult should do this part  )
so that you can insert three or four chunks of the chocolate. You should now have some chocolate inside a banana, which incidentally still has its skin on. Oh yes. I kid you not. Now, carefully wrap the banana in the piece of tin foil, a piece about thirty centimetres square should suffice. Once wrapped, the responsible adult should place the foiled choconana on to the bbq grill - be careful though...because it's HOT HOT HOT!.

After about 30 mins (time dependant upon heat being generated by barbecue) remove choconana from bbq - sensible adult to use tongs for this - allow choconana to cool...failure to adhere to this part when attempting to eat this item will result in destruction of soft flesh inside mouth and also probable damage to oesophagus!! So, when choconana has cooled sufficiently, remove foil from snack and eat (the snack, not the foil). Tasty scrummy yum yum.

Not bored at work or anything.

Ok, seeing as somone has stolen my choccy nanas recipie already and posted it, i'll advise you that its even better with just a little splash of brandy over the choccy before you start.

Only a little tho, too much and you got a time bomb on your hands

And i'll say this even tho its not a recipie. Lamb & Redcurrant burgers from Waitrose.
had some at a BBQ a few weeks ago and oh my, how yummy??
I ate 4 and i wasnt even hungry, so i took another couple home for Ron.

Not bored at work or anything.

Try a shot of rum over it - light it to burn some alcohol off! add a dab of whipped cream or ice cream... now your mouth is watering.
