Meeting up with the carnoustie lot was only an idea but have looked at a possible route without looking a mileage just yet that takes in
the millitary road at helensburgh, the wibbly wobbly at arrochar and the Dukes pass so we should be able to please just about everyone. If the mileage and scran stops work out fine i'll post route unless anyone has objections |
:D Count me, in. Martini man, anytime any place any where, or something like that. The bike should will be run in by then so you might not have as much competition for last place Abby

It was really quite funny I was riding behind Jimmy  and suddenly he slowed to about 30 mph for no apparent reason I was going to overtake but thought maybe I cant see what he has seen so I slowed down too then I saw the Amulree hotel n started PML Jimmy must have **** himself when he recognised the road he was on

Suggestion...
I know this route pretty well but if someone could do an autoroute... Kinross services -> Milnathort -> Glenfarg (Twisties) -> Baiglie Inn -> Bridge of Earn -> Perth and regroup. This section passes by some neat stuff like butterstone and the loch of the lowes. A9 Luncarty turn off -> Stanley ->Murthly -> Caputh. Turn right towards Miekleour -> Take a93 north to Blairgowrie -> A923 to Dunkeld regroup. Head towards Birnam -> take the a822 -> join onto the a826 north towards Aberfeldy. Regroup Aberfeldy. Aberfeldy -> take the b846 all the way to Tummel bridge via Foss. Regroup At this point can go route 1 Head west towards Kinloch Rannoch then take the Calvine road north (b847) which swings all the way to Blair Atholl and go therough the pass of Killiekrankie into Pitlochry or route 2 Take the b8019 all the way to pitlochry. Regroup From Pitlochry take the a924 to bridge of cally (excellent pub bar lunch stop). Bridge of Cally to Blairgowrie and head south towards cupar angus and head all the way into Perth. from Perth either hike it onto the motorway or back via bridge of earn and the Glenfarg twisties. |
will do an autoroute today some time and let you know
