:notworthy:

Thanks K

Yep, op has been cancelled - the hospital lost all the paperwork and x-rays, and the frogs won't tell 'em what screws they used, so it'll be well into next year

Mark is out of his cast and into a brace - if the doc hadn't done it he was going to get his dremel out, and use my old brace - you can't keep a good man down

I might have to change my forum name

Dunno who that ugly bloke is

 The French eh? I knew I couldn't stand them for some other reason than just the rugby.

Can you just give the docs access to this forum, then once they open up you knee they can start a thread (with some pics) asking if anyone has the right kind of screwdriver.
With the amount of mechanics, wannabe mechanics and 'people who really shouldn't be left alone with tools', I'm sure that we've got most possible types covered. 8)

I reckon Chewy could make you up a suitable cage/brace thing too.

In fact - well, 'Rich' has got 'Dr' infront of his name...

... I'm confident we can keep the whole thing in-house, DIY n all that, save the NHS a few quid and have you right as rain by the time the decent weather comes back round.

Good luck guys,

Seems like the French are even worse than the NHS for misplacing things.

We are behind you in your time of KNEED, That joke should CAP it all.

I will probably(almost definatly) need another op now to cut out some scare tissue and try and force a bit more movement into the knee while I am under anasthetic, so my position as senior member of the wonky knee gang is reconfirmed.

Still it could be worse, I am doing far better than the owners of the cadaver donated ligaments holding my knee together.
