You'll just have to see how the bike rides when its all back together - maybe compare it along with another SV (ride back to back) so you can be sure theres no big differance.

SV forks are quite easy to bend compared to some others. They are only 41mm vs the UDSs and way larger RWU forks that early gsxrs had 45mm and SV1000 46mm "ithink". Still thoes are fairly bent.

fitted the new forks today bargain at £130 inc bottom yoke, fitted the front wheel which i thnk needs looking at :? the rim seems to be out by about 2mm each wheel revolution, could a bent spindle be causing this and do they bend easy? anyone know?

It's more likely that the wheel is bent!!

Keep an eye out on Ebay but expect to pay upwards of £100 or get a price on getting it straightened!

have check'd the spindle its not true no more :roll: will get one of those first (cheapest option).
