i've got a tailsafe, its awesome. Completely waterproof without daft covers, very secure 120+ pretty huge. But best of all, it locks to the bike. i can get all my kit in to the bag, and use the lock to lock my helmet to the seat. Its brilliant! £100 on ebay, but the quality speaks for itself. (i'll dig out some pics if you want)

I use this one, works for me, been camping with it
Cargo Titanium Tail Pack
Two tone - 1200d Enduraflex material.
Expands to double main compartment.
Concealed rucksack straps.
Waterproof cover supplied.
25 - 45 litrescapacity
