I reckon the only answer is polite hassle the relevant partys, ask for deadlines on when things should happen and phone up if they miss them. I accepted the sit back and wait approach and it didnt work, if you get on to them they will soon get bored of the sound of your voice and want to clear the file.

I just got jurisdiction in my favour on my no-fault claim (uninsured 3rd party), well over 3 years on from the accident. Now waiting to go back to court for the compensation to be sorted.

Be glad yours is all happening through insurance!

Over a year. 100% His fault. Finally got a payout.
