Ouch, doesn't surprise me though with the dodgy Suzuki build quality...just lucky on most of the GSX-Rs it's cosmetic bits that are the problem...

Just a quick one lads n lasses, This is what happens to alloy wheels if you powder coat them.

The heating process changes the alloy at a molecular level. Seen it all to often on the car forums.
