One of my fave 20min blasts was to go up to Stratford, across thru Leamington/ Warwick, on to Southam, and down the Southam rd to Banbury. Will have to try and get some piccies up at some point. Bike currently resides in our garage with the rest of my brother's stuff (as he's moving oop norf), and has dramatically reduced my bike workshop space from a 1 and a half size garage, to a 4 foot by 6 foot square! Bike is asleep under a few covers though.:smt003 This was my last (running) bike: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...3/DSC00154.jpg |

Re: Newbie...
Hi Gnome:D
Pete and I are in Rugby, so not that far from you either..............and we have a couple of friends with bikes who live in Brackley. I don't know if you're aware, but there's a new Bike meet at Long Itchington Diner (just outside Southam) on Thursday evenings. It isn't hugely attended as yet, but the food is good, and the roads to get to it are great:D We will be there next Thursday. |
