Thanks for the offer Terry but I think I have sorted it. I have just spoked to the guy at the test center and he has asked that I pop i with it tomorrow so he can look at it for me, he said that at the end of the say it was at the "testers discretion" if the bike passed or not.



Got home tonight, fitted the baffle and noticed that the rear tire was flat, on further investigation I find a screw embedded in the middle of the wheel :-(

Found a local mobile tyre fitting/repair company that is coming out tomorrow morning to try and fix the puncture.
