yes i will be up for this, cant say for definate but it sounds good to me

also bike not used from friday till tuesday and it started sound, so hopefully there will be no crap this time

Providing weather stays ok as it has done most of the week and im not out on the **** Fri night, ill be there! :D

This time i wont come all the way down to the port to meet though - ill wait till i see you on your way up to aber and tag along! :)

If you fancy making it a bit longer I recommend the A483 from Llandovery to Builth Wells, cracking bit of road and no more than 20 mins ride if you don't get held up by slow moving wide loads.

Do you have an ETA for reaching the West End Cafe?
