Some people on eBay.

Someone bought something off me and tried to claim they didn't get it. Opened a case against men trying to get a refund. So after I contacted Parcelforce to confirm they did drop it off to the right place, I escalated it to eBay and if by magic the buyer found it and closed the case!!

COSMOS is still on the list!!!!!!

That's why I always send stuff recorded delivery, and I'm using MyHermes now.

Its cheaper, its tracked, I print my own label & my drop off point is open until 8, even on Sunday.

I had used Parcelforce 48 this time as it was a helmet this and luckily it was tracked but I spoke to them as well to confirm it as the buyer was becoming a bit of an a***.

I have used ipostparcels too but they don't like stuff that could break!!

The Ebay dispute policy should work both ways, but its far more biased to the buyer these days.

You can't leave negative feedback for bad buyers any more!

At least with a tracking reference Ebay can check to see if it was delivered, which swings it back in the sellers favour a bit

Parcel force love to deliver stuff to my mum's next door neighbour.
They hang on to it but the company insist it's been delivered.
So might not be clear cut

I would be inclined to leave a note on my letterbox saying 'Dear postman/delivery driver, please do not leave my deliveries with Mr Thieving Scum at No. XX, thank you'
