LOL :p

I have a similar problem, I don't drink anything like a used to, I don't suffer hangovers with a bad headache, but just really tired.

I've learnt not to mix drinks, and certainly no red wine, even though I like it.

Proper German beer (not Beck's) doesn't give me a hangover, if it's brewed in Germany. Any larger brewed in the UK will give me a right headache, which I put down to all the additives.

Only gin/vodka and tonic is safe as a drink for me, no dark spirits

Falling back to sleep and waking up just before 8, feeling almost normal after Thursdays mega shift.

Sun's out too, and it's meant to be warm, today's looking like a better day already :viking:

The closure is in stages with the earliest in May and the latest Sept 2019. It'll happen either way but I'm basically off to work with my sister when it does so I can stay and take my redundancy :p

It's a happy gripe I guess, as my wee cheque at the end will be a great start for a new bike but I'm also nervous of the "change"

10 years! This April I will have been with my employer for 38 years :smt119

Both my previous bosses were given their golden ticket aged 55, I've just turned 56, but there no hope of that early bath for me. :(

Yes, and I'm a rare beast in that people don't have careers anymore.

I have changed jobs within my lot, and its good to change, so don't fear change.

Although I'd like to change as its getting physically hard to do the outside work these day.

Our cat associates anything with an electronic beep as being the scales for weighing out her food.

Mucho amusement beeping my watch :D
