Agreed, but then someone would bleat on about their human rights.

I have the same view about people using their phones at the wheel.

Just as dangerous as drink drivers, but socially not as unacceptable.

Or riding without telling the DVLA about a brain injury? Or poor eyesight? Or without insurance. There's a lot of it about.

Found 2 £3 off vouchers at my local Morrisons at the self service checkouts
